There are many thoughts on what Inter-operability is. The 5 W's apply, who, what, when, where, why. With Inter-operability, humanitarian and economic healing can occur in a community. Is it here today and globally? No it's not. Strong Angel III will attempt to demonstrate that it's truly possible anywhere, any place, anytime.
